Oatmeal and Honey Foot Mask
Ingredients:
2 tbsp oatmeal (grounded)
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp milk
Directions: Mix all the ingredients to form a paste. Apply to feet, leave on for 20 minutes, then rinse.
Benefit: Ideal for extremely dry skin. Oatmeal has anti-inflammatory properties which can soothe irritated skin, while honey acts as a natural humectant, drawing moisture to the skin and locking it in.
