How to Use a Pumice Scrubber Stone :

Soak your feet or other areas of callused skin in warm water, optionally adding sea salt or 1-2 drops of Lavender or Jasmine essential oil. Better to use in a shower/bath or after showering.
Gently rub your feet, heels, or palms with the foot pumice in a circular motion.
Rinse your feet or another body part with cool water and wash the scrubber.
Apply a soothing lotion or cream for the best result.

Works great

I have never used a pumice stone before so I don't have a lot to compare it to, but it appears to work just fine as described on Amazon. The packaging was fine, the stone includes a short piece of string that can be used to hang it, and there was also a mesh-type pad to use on a flat surface, like a sink to hold the stone. All-in-all a good deal I think.
